Founder Chairman
Mr. Nimai Kar was born on 10th November 1962 in Agartala, Tripura, Youngest of the siblings, Success and fortune did not come easily to him. His initiative, diligence, tenacity and hard work, combined with the capability to face difficult situations can best characterise him for a person for what he is today.
After Completing his primary education, he went on to graduate as a mechanical engineer and started business as a budding entrepreneur in the year 1988. Mr. Kar inherited business acumen from his father who was a small-time businessman from whom he learnt honesty, dedication and commitment but his guiding force was his elder brother Mr. Narayan Kar, who shaped his career as an entrepreneur. Mr. Nimai Kar Started Government contractual work and gradually became a CLASS I contractor. He then moved on to Automobile dealership business with Hero-Honda better known as Niladri Motors.
Post Covid in 2019 he ventured into Hotel Business. The Lessons self-taught, the inevitable mistakes made, the wisdom gained all have found the compass to what Noah spire stands for today. His Wife Mrs. Soma Kar has been the source of inspiration behind this project. With Vision and imagination this Hotel has been a landmark in Agartala. Mr. Kar won acclaims and received several awards one being an award for highest sale of Hero-Honda two wheelers in North Eastern Zone.
Mr. Kar's foundation for the future lies in his strong desire to build resorts, water park, hospitals and hotels for religious destinations, wedding destination and holiday destination in Pan India. We wish him the very best in his future endeavour from all of us. TEAM NOAH SPIRE.

Noah Spire is the Brain Child of Mrs. Soma Kar, who is not only the wife of our founder chairman Mr. Nimai Kar but has been a constant source of inspiration for what Noah spire stands for today.
Managing Partner
Born on 15th September 1996, Mr. Niladri Sekhar Kar is the Managing Partner and is responsible for the project development team of Noah Spire along with his father and mentor Mr. Nimai Kar. He holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and a gold medallist from Tripura University. He further went on to complete his MBA from NMIMS. As a budding entrepreneur Mr. Niladri Sekhar Kar under the dynamic leadership of his father is looking forward to accept the challenge of taking his legacy to Pan India. Team Noah Spire wishes him the very best for his future endeavour.

Born on 08th April 2001, Mr. Nishant Kar is the youngest son of our Founder chairman Mr. Nimai Kar, He Completed his schooling from holy cross Agartala. At present he is pursuing his MBBS Degree MGMC Puducherry.
