Check in time: 12:00 PM, Check out time: 11:00 AM.
GST as applicable.
No charges for children under the age of 7 for the same room and with no extra bed request.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation

All reservations must be amended/cancelled 48 hours prior to the planned arrival date.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of one night.

Peak Season Cancellation

Cancellation must be done at least 7 days prior to the arrival date to qualify for no cancellation charge.

Group Reservations

For groups of 5 rooms or more, confirmation will only be given based on advance payment.

No-Show and Late Cancellations

In case of a no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or full) within 15 days or less from the check-in date, a retention charge will be levied at the hotel's discretion.

Early Check-Out

If any participants check out early, a retention charge will be applied for the nights booked that are now being released due to the early check-out.
